How to overlay an image on a video using opengl es?

How to overlay an image on a video using opengl es?

I am new to Graphics area. My intention is to add an image on a video such
that the image works as if it is embedded in the video. That is, if we do
zooming, rotating, etc. on the video, image should also behave
accordingly. And, how i plan to do this is to use 2 textures video and
image and do multi texturing in opengl es. But i am not sure if this is
the way. Can anyone guide me!! Thank You
